In 1998, Pozcu Group, from the Turkish State Railways, acquired a building plot and conducted a Built-Operate-Transfer project to construct a building suitable for a hypermarket. It was a turnkey project where Pozcu Group was in charge of the construction of offices, cooling rooms, storage areas and the retail environment. The steel framed concrete structure was completed in 9 months. the plot and constructed area is sublet by Pozcu Group to Carrefour A.Ş.
