Pozcu Yapı’s most recent completed project is Pozcu Evo , a state-of-the-art office complex in Mersin, Turkey. It consists of two blocks and 88 office units, and includes coworking areas, large meeting rooms, seminar/conference area, gym, reception/concierge, and a rooftop teras lounge. The ground level comprises of 1000 m2 of retail space.

The project was the first for the city of Mersin by creating coworking spaces in a modern compact office environment with a modern luxury aesthetic and architectural design. It is the premium office project in the city of Mersin. The project is situated in the upscale district of Pozcu in Mersin on the seafront with superior sea views of the eastern Mediterranean.
